[email protected]The app didn't detect my board correctly. What should I do?
Wordfeud Lens reviews its detection before showing results. If any tile or bonus square is uncertain, a review screen appears where you can tap to correct individual cells. Once corrected, tap "Analyze" and the solver will rerun on the fixed board. If the app consistently mis-reads a particular screenshot, please email us a copy — on-device detection improves when we can test against new screenshots.
Why is a word I know missing from the suggestions?
Wordfeud Lens uses open-source dictionaries — SCOWL for English and DSSO for Swedish — which may occasionally differ from Wordfeud's official word list. If you find a word that's valid in Wordfeud but missing from Wordfeud Lens, let us know by email and we'll look into it.
Does Wordfeud Lens send my screenshots to a server?
No. Wordfeud Lens runs entirely on your device. It does not upload or transmit screenshots, game state, or any personal information. See our privacy policy for full details.
Which languages does Wordfeud Lens support?
At launch, Wordfeud Lens supports Swedish and English. You can switch between them in the app's Settings. More languages are planned — if there's one you'd like to see next, email us.
Which devices does Wordfeud Lens support?
Wordfeud Lens requires iOS 17 or later and runs on iPhone. It works best on iPhone 12 and newer, where analysis completes in under a second.
Is Wordfeud Lens affiliated with Wordfeud?
No. Wordfeud Lens is an independent companion app made by Lunium. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wordfeud or its developers. "Wordfeud" is a trademark of its respective owner.
How much does Wordfeud Lens cost?
Wordfeud Lens is free to download and use at launch, with unlimited analyses and no ads. If that ever changes, existing users will be clearly notified in the app's release notes.
How do I request a refund or delete my data?
Wordfeud Lens is free, so there's nothing to refund. It also doesn't collect or store any personal data — deleting the app from your device removes everything it ever stored (your selected language preference).
